Weekly Update

Hello Rays! This week we will continue to work on our freestyle and backstroke technique, as well as our flip turns. These are very important to be able to keep our swimmers swimming during practice, and to be as fast as they can during the meets.
We will also be trying to put together the breaststroke pulls and kicks we have been working on, and practice proper breaststroke technique. The goal is to get the proper timing for each part- pull, breath, kick, and GLIDE. The older group will also be working to increase their endurance with some distance.
